Directions from Nelson City: take SH6 past Richmond until you come to a roundabout, take the exit SH60 sign posted to Motueka, Abel Tasman National Park and Collingwood. Continue for 12km or about 10 minutes (look out for sign post for Rimu Grove Winery) and Bronte Road East is the turning on the right at the brow of the hill.
After turning right down Bronte Road East continue for about 1km and Atholwood is sign posted on the right.
